What’s Covered

3DRC Boats warrants that the 3D-printed and molded parts supplied in our kits are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Warranty Period

Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery for shipping damage or missing/defective parts. Manufacturing-defect claims on unused parts are considered on a case-by-case basis. Register issues promptly for the smoothest resolution.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic marks, and UV/weather aging
• Damage from crashes, grounding, collisions, or rough handling
• Improper assembly, gluing, painting, ballasting, or modification
• Customer-supplied electronics, batteries, radios, adhesives, and paint
• Items used outside their intended purpose or class rules

How to File a Claim

Submit our Warranty Claim form with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Keep all packaging for shipping-damage claims.

Remedy

For valid claims, our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the affected part. This limited warranty is the only warranty we provide and is in lieu of all others to the extent permitted by law.
