Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Painted, assembled, or custom orders (e.g., Painted Pro and Race-Ready Elite packages) require additional build time, which we’ll confirm on your quote or order.
We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on size, weight, and destination. Kits are packed carefully to protect molded parts and spars in transit.
Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Oversized kits (hull + spars) may require freight or dimensional pricing.
We ship within the United States and may ship internationally on request. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in our prices.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking.
Inspect your package on arrival. If it arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photograph the damage, then contact us right away and we’ll help file a claim and make it right. See also our Warranty Policy.
