Our Products (Assembly Kits)
3DRC Boats sells radio-controlled sailboat kits and parts intended for assembly by the customer. Kits require building skill, appropriate tools, adhesives, and customer-supplied electronics unless otherwise stated. Product photos and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (including for pricing errors or suspected fraud). Payment is due at checkout through our payment processors.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Limited warranty terms are in our Warranty Policy.
Assumption of Risk & Safe Use
Building and sailing RC models involves inherent risks. Kits may include or require lead ballast, adhesives (CA/epoxy), solvents, and power tools. You are responsible for reading all instructions and safety warnings, using appropriate protective equipment, and complying with local laws and waterway rules. Keep small parts and lead away from children and pets.
Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D models, kit content, text, images, logos, instruction manuals, and videos are owned by 3DRC Boats or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or used to manufacture competing products without written permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is” except for the express limited warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DRC Boats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3DRC Boats from claims arising out of your misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.
