3DRC Boats was years in the making. Looking for a better, more accurate way to manufacture the Soling 1 Meter, founder Doug Rieger set out to revolutionize the industry. Through trial and error, he created the perfect process from start to finish — using cutting-edge technology to make remote-control boating more accessible to every sailor.
Doug has since passed away, but the standard he set lives on in every kit we produce. As the new owners of 3DRC Boats, we're proud to carry his vision forward — preserving the precision and craftsmanship he was known for, and continuing to serve the sailing community he loved.
